Trivalent Zinc/Nickel plated BULKHEADS

Recently completed are the first batches of these premium Bulkheads. The project has taken over 3 years to complete and in excess of £250,000.00 has been spent to make sure these Bulkheads are the best on the market. There has been numerous test fits undertaken and the feedback, from customers, has been very favourable.

We are offering both LHD and RHD, currently NA/TD, V8 1983-1990(Pre-200), 200TDi and 300TDi are in production. TD5 will be finished shortly with the PUMA (sealed vent) and Series to follow.

We will be offering a premium product, correct to year specifications (not the one size fits all currently on offer) with every panel fully pressed on job specific tooling. All the correct forms will be present in every panel. No other Bulkhead supplier can get close to supplying a product like this. We have spent a great deal of time making press tools to ensure our Bulkheads are as close to original as they possibly can be (more accurate than original too)! All the panels are made on carefully designed tools which allows us to put in all the intricacies that other manufacturers cannot do, even down to the correct 2 depth ribbing in the footwells. They will also be model specific (with all the correct detail) so not, like some manufacturers, one size fits all. These are available in RHD and LHD

Our footwells are double skinned, as they should be, they also have the totally correct ribbing in (not the basic (and incorrect) Series ribbing as per the Other manufacturers ones). We are aware of the fact some other manufacturers went to single skin for several reasons however fluid can get trapped between the skins (causing premature corrosion) so on our zinc plated bulkheads the parts are prepped, pre-treated and then rinsed three times prior to zinc coating. Our footwells also have all the correct recesses in to minimise the chance of any fluid being trapped (again Other manufacturers can’t offer this).

Trivalent Zinc/Nickel plated – Superior to Zinc passivate that Other manufacturers now offer. If correctly treated when fitted (waxoyl etc) will last just as long as galvanised but will not clog threads/holes, leave unsightly drips/lumps and can pretty much be fitted with no prep work.
