DIRECT REPLACEMENT HIGH FLOW INTERCOOLER

            

The first stage in increasing your Landrovers performance is to fit a more efficient intercooler this allows the intake charge to be cooled better and the turbo to react quicker. Our direct replacement intercoolers are supplied on an exchange basis, we use the original air tanks but replace the standard core with a highly efficient core that reduces the intake charge. All our intercoolers are supplied with full fitting instructions and tips on how to achieve the best from your installation. Alternatively we do offer a free fitting service at our workshops that include checks that boost and fuelling levels are correct and injection pump timing. It is not usual for our customers to report not only an increase in power but an improvement to MPG as well.

Defender, Range Rover, Discovery 200 and 300 TDI

VM Range Rover

FRONT MOUNTED INTERCOOLER

For those of you that want even more cooling for your defender, we can supply full front mounted intercoolers these work best on cars used for off roading as the large frontal area needs very little air speed to reduce the inlet temperature. All coolers come with braces across the core to strengthen them for extreme use.

We have also stretched the fining out to allow a good flow of air through to the radiator and to aid hosing out after events and keep the cooler at its most efficient.
Full fitting instructions are supplied and a mounting kit is also included.

Front mounted intercoolers are available for the following:

Defender, Discovery 200 and 300 TDi

Defender, Discovery TD5
